Examples
Calculate a checkout total
For two items with a list price of 59,000 each, a 20% discount, a 3,000 per-item coupon, and 2,500 shipping, the final checkout total is 90,900.
Find the discount rate for a target price
To reduce an item from 120,000 to 99,000, choose target-price mode. The required discount rate is about 17.5%.

Is the coupon applied before or after the percentage discount?
The percentage discount is applied first, then the fixed coupon is deducted from every item.
Is shipping included in the effective discount rate?
No. Shipping is included only in the final checkout total.
Can I reverse-calculate the discount needed for a target price?
Yes. Choose target-price mode and enter a list price and target per-item price.
Can the discounted price become negative?
No. The discounted unit price is capped at zero even when the coupon is larger than the price after the percentage discount. Shipping, if any, is added afterward.
